.In general, keep your jewelry away from lotion, perfume, hair spray etc. When you remove your jewelry for storage, take a few seconds to wipe off residue with a soft cloth. Store your jewelry in a closed container, in a dry and dark place, when you are not wearing it. Is it possible also to clean brass with lemon or special products.

.Fill a bowl with warm water. Mix a few drops of gentle soap with the water until it is dissolved. Place the jewelry in the water and let the solution soak into the materials for about one minute. Gently rub the jewelry with a soft sponge while it is in the water to remove any tough stains. Dry as much as possible with a towel and hang in a well ventilated area.After wearing your jewelry for a while, tarnish can appear on the brass beads and charms. To clean brass beads and charms that are part of your macrame jewelry use a mixture of lemon juice, baking powder, and water. With a toothbrush or sponge gently go over the brass parts in your macrame jewelry, be careful not to use this mixure on the stone or macrame cords.

You can effectively charge the crystal up by holding it under running water in the left hand to cleanse it and then leave it out where it can absorb the sun’s rays and the moon’s glow over a 24 hour period. Try and pick a night when there is a full moon if you can. That way, you will magnify its magnificent properties. Once a stone has been cleansed and charged, the next step is to set a clear intention for what the stone is to be used for. Despite our best intentions, we are usually out of balance and may have incorrect intentions for our stones. To make sure that your stone is always used for the highest good and in service to humanity, it is important to dedicate the stone. To begin your dedication, hold your cleansed and charged stone in both hands in a quiet place. Focus your thoughts to the stone and declare that it be used “In light, in love, and for the good of all.” After that, you can add whatever it is that you desire, such as protection, abundance, romantic love, etc. You can end your dedication with “And so it is,” sealing your intention. Smudging Smudging is a very efficient way of cleansing gemstones. You can use sage (white sage is popular), sweet grass, sandalwood or even incense to smudge your crystals. Simply burn the smudge stick or incense and pass your stones through the smoke. This will clear the stones of all negative energy. Singing Bowl If the stones are small you may put them into the singing bowl. Place bigger stones close to the bowl, then set your intentions and play the bowl for a few minutes. Once you have finished cleansing, charging, and setting the intention for your stones, they will be ready to be used for healing. Put this magical stone under your pillow for astral dreaming and traveling to other worlds as well as profound psychic insights.
